Product Display / Colors
The Beauty Smart Salon, LLC Website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Beauty Smart Salon, LLC reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Beauty Smart Salon, LLC will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Beauty Smart Salon, LLC Website Return Policy Custom orders are non-refundable.

Sales Tax Policy
Because Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc. does business throughout the U.S. we are required to collect and remit sales tax as required by local law. If you have tax-exempt status, please contact Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc. at 952-933-8881. You will be required to provide your tax-exempt certification prior to purchase.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® Card.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Order Acceptance / Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Beauty Smart Salon, LLC Website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Custom Orders
A signed confirmation of order is required for all custom orders . Custom orders are taken via email, fax, or phone. All custom orders are non-returnable and are considered approved once the confirmation of order has been signed and received by Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc.
Return Policy

Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
Order Limitations / Limited Quantities
Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc. may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc. also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Beauty Smart Salon, LLC Website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc. reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc. shipping policies. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 20 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please review the Shipping Information page for additional policies on shipping, lead times, and rates.
Termination of Use
Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Beauty Smart Salon, LLC Website at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Beauty Smart Salon, LLC, Inc. reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Beauty Smart Salon, LLC Website at any time without prior notice.
Shipping policy
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, allow 7-10 days for delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery time, please plan accordingly. Once your order ships we will email tracking information.
Purchaser is responsible for any taxes and fees charged in connection with the order. All orders with damage or missing parts should be reported immediately, for replacement. No custom items may be returned.
Returns
Returns accepted for 30 days from purchase. All items returned will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customer must obtain an authorization number and pay shipping for the return. If item damaged in shipping must be noted on the bill of lading, sender will provide a call tag for these items. Once returned to manufacturer and inspected, a credit will be issued.
Warranty returns
All orders with damage or missing parts should be reported immediately, for replacement. No custom items may be returned.
If the warranty applies only defective parts will be replaced. Labor costs are not covered. All defective merchandise must be returned to manufacturer to receive warranty credit. All freight costs on warranty issues that occur within 30 days of delivery will be the responsibility of manufacturer both directions. After 30 days of delivery, the purchaser is responsible for the freight to return the defective products to manufacturer for the remainder of the first year. After the first year, purchaser is responsible for all freight (both to and from). Warranty applies only to original purchaser and is not transferable. Pictures may be required as evidence of the defective part.
